Featured on this site is a private collection of vintage mountain bikes, and more, that are presented for the appreciation of their functional form and aesthetic beauty. The emphasis is on handmade and innovative bikes, from artisan bikes in steel, to early aluminum offerings, and wacky designs that came and went. Please visit the various galleries of bikes and related projects dedicated to the restoration and enhancement of these working objects.
The Workshop performs restorations by special request on historically significant bicycles for public museums, private collections, and expositions. A significant number of Workshop bicycles have appeared in numerous printed publications and various on-line media. The Workshop is also an established resource sought out to provide expert appraisals of vintage bicycles and related collectibles.
