1995 Salsa Ala Carte
This Ala Carte is built with the same parts as a 1994 Bontrager Race, making use of XTR M900 shifters mounted on drop handlebars. While the Ala Carte is often sought for the colorful jelly bean and chilli pepper paint jobs, this particular example is a very dark blue-purple metallic. Regardless of the paint, Salsas are very well-mannered bikes that have a reputation for do everything well.
